Job Role & Responsibilities
Quality Assurance / Quality Control / QC Microbiology
Freshers selected for QA, QC, and QC Micro roles will support quality systems and laboratory activities under senior supervision. Key responsibilities include:
• Assisting in routine quality assurance and quality control activities
• Supporting analytical and microbiology testing as per SOPs
• Maintaining GMP and GLP documentation practices
• Learning handling of laboratory instruments and quality systems
• Supporting audits, inspections, and internal quality reviews
Production – Formulation / Manufacturing
Production freshers will be trained in pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. Responsibilities include:
• Assisting in formulation manufacturing processes
• Supporting equipment operation and area maintenance
• Following GMP, safety, and SOP guidelines on the shop floor
• Learning batch manufacturing and documentation practices
• Working in shift-based production environments
Warehouse / Stores
Warehouse freshers will handle material management activities. Responsibilities include:
• Supporting raw material and finished goods handling
• Inward and outward material documentation
• Inventory control and coordination with production teams
• Learning GMP-compliant storage and traceability systems
Eligibility / Qualifications
Educational Qualifications:
• QA / QC / QC Micro: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, M.Sc (Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology)
• Production: ITI, Diploma, B.Sc, B.Pharm
• Warehouse: B.Com, B.A, B.Sc
Eligibility Criteria:
• Freshers only
• Candidates must be 2023, 2024, or 2025 pass-outs
• Strong willingness to work in pharmaceutical environments
• Basic subject knowledge and learning attitude
