Job Role & Responsibilities

The positions available range from Trainee Executive or Operator to Senior Operator or Senior Executive in the Manufacturing Department, specifically for Injectable Vial, PFS, Cartridge, and Ampoule production. Key responsibilities include:

• Understanding aseptic operations and maintaining contamination-free environments.
• Handling vial, cartridge, and ampoule filling processes efficiently.
• Adjusting and controlling machine settings to maintain optimum line speed.
• Executing accurate production and packaging changeovers as per schedules.
• Maintaining cleanliness of the work area and equipment before and after shifts.
• Performing line activities for injectable manufacturing with precision.
• Conducting basic troubleshooting and minor repairs to ensure smooth equipment functioning.
• Gaining familiarity with autoclave and lyophilization operations.
