Job Role & Responsibilities

The selected candidates will be part of the beverage production and quality operations team at Virchow Relish Beverages in Hyderabad. The role involves process supervision, compliance monitoring, reporting, and cross-functional coordination to ensure smooth and efficient beverage manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily food and beverage manufacturing operations as the site representative.

• Execute assigned production activities in alignment with SOPs and brand standards.

• Ensure compliance with FSSAI regulations, food safety protocols, and hygiene standards.

• Manage and report Management Information Systems (MIS) data on a daily basis.

• Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) at the site on behalf of Virchow Relish Beverages.

• Support the management team in achieving financial and operational efficiency targets.

• Monitor inventory consumption, material usage, and wastage control.

• Collaborate with other departments (QA, QC, Maintenance, and Supply Chain) for seamless production.

• Ensure GMP, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives are maintained across operations.

• Assist in developing and implementing new beverage formulations under supervision.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Educational Qualification:

  • B.Tech / M.Tech in Food Technology, Biotechnology, or Chemical Engineering

  • BSc / MSc in Food Science, Microbiology, or Nutrition

• Experience:

  • 0 to 4 years (Freshers and experienced candidates both eligible)

  • Preference will be given to immediate joiners and those looking for long-term stability.

• Desired Skills:

  • Knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP, and GMP standards.

  • Experience in production supervision and beverage processing operations.

  • Excellent communication and reporting abilities (MIS preparation).

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain interdepartmental coordination.
