Job Role & Responsibilities
As a Project Coordinator, you will be central to ensuring research projects run smoothly and efficiently. Your role will integrate scientific and operational workflows, enabling faster and more accurate drug discovery processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate in-house and outsourced research projects to meet deadlines and deliverables.
- Communicate with external research partners to ensure smooth transfer of samples, data, and reports.
- Maintain project trackers, milestone reports, and experimental summaries.
- Manage data pipelines and dashboards providing real-time project insights.
- Collaborate with scientific leads to forecast procurement needs and maintain workflow continuity.
- Clean, organize, and analyze data to generate actionable insights on project performance and productivity.
- Support operational efficiency across multiple teams and projects.
Eligibility / Qualifications
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Educational Qualification: Master’s degree in Life Sciences or Chemistry.
- Experience: 2–5 years in project coordination, CRO management, procurement, or data management within biotech or pharma R&D.
- Strong knowledge of early discovery and pre-clinical drug discovery stages.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and data management skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact across scientific and operational teams.
Preferred Courses: MSc Life Sciences, MSc Chemistry, BSc Life Sciences, BSc Chemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Sciences.
