As part of its expansion, Aurobindo Pharma’s Clinical Pharmacology Department in Hyderabad is seeking talented professionals passionate about translational science, clinical trial operations, and pharmacokinetic research.
Job Role & Responsibilities
The selected candidate will play a crucial role in supporting bioequivalence (BE) and pharmacokinetic (PK) study design, execution, and regulatory submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive literature reviews and assess study design and sample size for BE studies.
- Review protocols, clinical study designs, and project documents to ensure alignment with scientific and regulatory requirements.
- Perform detailed PK data review for BE studies, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with study protocols.
- Evaluate toxicology and preclinical PK data to establish correlations with clinical findings.
- Prepare and review BE-NOC and DCGI filings to support regulatory approvals.
- Collaborate closely with Formulation R&D (FRD), Project Management, and CROs for efficient study planning and timely execution.
- Monitor studies at contract research organizations to ensure GCP and regulatory compliance.
- Address regulatory queries and provide scientific input for dossier submissions.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Education: M.Pharmacy (Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related specialization).
- Experience: 7–9 years in Clinical Pharmacology, Bioequivalence, or Pharmacokinetics.
- Technical Skills:
- Sound knowledge of bioequivalence study design and pharmacokinetic analysis.
- Proficiency in interpreting statistical outputs and scientific data.
- Familiarity with DCGI, GCP, and ICH guidelines.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Collaborative mindset and proactive approach.
