Job Role & Responsibilities
As a Quality Assurance Executive, you will play a crucial role in maintaining quality compliance and supporting R&D activities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparation and review of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Reviewing vendor qualification documents for KSM, raw materials, APIs, and excipients
- Reviewing contract laboratory documentation and ensuring data integrity
- Preparing audit reports and reviewing CAPAs
- Reviewing Quality Management System (QMS) documents
- Reviewing plant documents including BMRs and logs
- Managing document control systems efficiently
- Supporting Head QA in assigned quality initiatives
This position requires a high degree of attention to detail, adherence to cGMP, and a commitment to continuous quality improvement.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Education: M.Sc in Chemistry (Analytical, Organic, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, or related fields)
- Experience: 2–5 years in QA – API pharmaceutical manufacturing or R&D
- Expertise Area: Vendor Qualification, QMS activities, and documentation compliance
