Job Roles & Responsibilities

Dr. Reddy’s is hiring across multiple departments for candidates with 2-10 years of experience depending on the role. Key responsibilities include:

1. Team Member Production/Manufacturing (2–6 Years)

• Execute filling operations of PFS, Cartridges, B+S Liquid Vials, Compounding, and Aseptic processes.

• Operate isolators, vial wash systems, tunnels, lyophilizers, and autoclaves.

• Ensure strict adherence to USFDA and cGMP regulations.

• Maintain and troubleshoot manufacturing vessels, filling machines, autoclaves, and lyophilizers.

2. Team Member Engineering (4–10 Years)

• Manage automation and instrumentation engineering tasks in manufacturing and filling areas.

• Handle process control, PLC/SCADA programming, and troubleshooting.

• Lead project management initiatives and implement continuous improvement processes.

3. Team Member IPQA (3–8 Years)

• Conduct line clearance, batch manufacturing record (BMR) reviews, and ensure aseptic practices.

• Participate in investigations, risk assessments, deviations, change controls, and CAPA.

4. Bioassay Specialists (3–8 Years)

• Execute cell-based assays, peptide bioassays, and monoclonal antibody bioassays.

• Conduct biochemical tests including ELISA, PCR, PRI, etc.

• Work under cGMP with strong emphasis on Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
