Job Role & Responsibilities

As a Clinical Research Coordinator at PFC Pharma, your key responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing daily clinical research activities at designated hospital sites.
• Collaborating with Investigators and site staff to identify suitable patients for trials.
• Managing patient visits and performing protocol-required procedures efficiently.
• Conducting training sessions for Investigators and site staff on study protocols and compliance standards.
• Performing accurate data entry, verification, and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinating with Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) and monitors for routine documentation, tracking, and monitoring visits.
• Ensuring adherence to ethical standards and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines throughout the study lifecycle.

Eligibility / Qualifications

To be eligible for this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

• Undergraduate Degree: B. Pharma or any related specialization.
• Postgraduate Degree: PG Diploma, M. Pharma, or any related specialization.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with clinical trial protocols, regulatory requirements, and data management systems.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality documentation.

Relevant Courses: B. Pharma, M. Pharma, PG Diploma in Clinical Research, BSc Biochemistry, BSc Microbiology, BSc Life Sciences.

Location & Salary

Location: Bhubaneswar and nearby areas. (Candidates from outside the region are not encouraged to apply.)
