Job Roles & Responsibilities

Assistant Manager Roles

Quality Assurance:

• Oversee all QA activities including IPQA, Validation, QMS, Qualification, and Trainings.
• Ensure compliance with USFDA-approved facility standards.

Production:

• Manage gel preparation, coating, drying, monitoring, and packaging operations.
• Ensure effective manpower management and practical QMS implementation.
• Experience with external preparation approvals is an added advantage.

Engineering and Maintenance:

• Supervise engineering activities including maintenance and project execution.
• Manage HVAC and water systems; independently handle projects.
• Lead teams, handle shifts, and implement QMS protocols.

Quality Control:

• Handle QC and Microbiology activities independently.
• Oversee analytical processes; ensure approval in Chemical and Instrument analysis from State FDA.

Officer & Executive Roles

IT Officer:

• Provide IT support and manage CSV activities.
• Handle system configurations and laboratory instrument integration.

Social Media/E-commerce Executive:

• Manage e-commerce platforms such as Flipkart and Amazon.
• Delhi-based, hybrid WFH arrangement with once-weekly office presence.

Purchase/Accounts Officer/Sr. Officer:

• Manage purchase-related activities, vendor coordination, and material procurement.
• Handle petty cash and local purchasing tasks.

Production Senior Officer to Executive:

• Execute and oversee primary and secondary packaging per GMP standards.

Production Supervisor/Operator/Officer:

• Monitor shop floor operations, machine performance, cleaning, BMR filling.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and documentation standards.

Quality Assurance Sr. Officer/Executive:

• Maintain documentation practices; compliance with GMP/QMS.

Engineering & Maintenance Operator – Utility:

• Operate and maintain utilities like HVAC, water systems, air compressors, and boilers.

Quality Control Officer/Executive:

• Perform analytical testing using HPLC, GC, IR, UV instruments.
• Handle calibration, maintenance, and GMP/GLP documentation practices.

Freshers / Trainee Roles (through NAPS)

• QA Trainee Officer
• QC Trainee Officer
• QC-Micro Trainee Officer
• Production Trainee Officer
• Production Operator Freshers (ITI)
• Salary ranges from ₹12,000–₹15,000 per month depending on the role.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Undergraduate & Postgraduate Degrees: B. Pharma, M. Pharma, BSc in Microbiology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, or relevant specializations.
• Relevant experience required for Assistant Manager and Officer roles; freshers eligible for Trainee positions.
• Strong knowledge of QMS, GMP, GLP, and regulatory standards is preferred.
• Excellent communication, team management, and problem-solving skills.

Location & Salary

Location: Bahadurgarh, Haryana, India
Salary: Ranges from ₹12,000 for freshers up to ₹2,80,000 for experienced Assistant Managers (in-hand per month) depending on role and experience.
