Job Role & Responsibilities

As a Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA) at JSS Research, you’ll play a key role in ensuring clinical trials run smoothly, ethically, and efficiently. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Supporting Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) and Project Managers with documentation and coordination tasks.
• Assisting in maintaining Trial Master Files (TMF) and ensuring accuracy of essential study documents.
• Coordinating with investigators, ethics committees, and internal departments.
• Ensuring all trial operations comply with ICH-GCP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Managing study logistics, documentation, and tracking systems.
• Supporting site initiation, monitoring, and close-out activities as required.

This role will give you a front-row view of how clinical trials are conducted, monitored, and managed within a regulated environment.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Educational Qualification: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Pharm.D, B.Sc, M.Sc, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Microbiology, or related disciplines.
• Experience: 0 to 6 months (Freshers are highly encouraged to apply).
• Skills Required:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
  • Basic understanding of clinical research processes and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
