Job Role & Responsibilities

Business Development Manager / Executive

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the clinical research sector.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with pharmaceutical and biotech companies.
• Develop strategies to expand the company’s portfolio and service offerings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and business reports to stakeholders.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Educational Qualification: Graduate or Postgraduate in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Business, or related fields.
• Experience:
  • BD Manager: 8-10 years in business development, preferably in clinical research/CRO/pharma services.
  • BD Executive: 4-5 years in business development, preferably in clinical research/CRO/pharma services.
• Skills Required:
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven experience in client acquisition and relationship management.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
