Job Role & Responsibilities

Production Department

Role: Operator / Trainee
Areas: Compression, Coating, Granulation
Experience: 2–6 years
Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor compression, coating, and granulation equipment.
• Maintain production records in line with GMP guidelines.
• Ensure adherence to batch processing documentation and SOPs.
• Follow safety, hygiene, and quality standards in all processes.

Packing Department

Role: Operator (Bottle, Blister & Bulk Packing)
Experience: 2–6 years (Female candidates preferred)
Responsibilities:

• Operate packaging machinery (bottle, blister, and bulk).
• Maintain packaging quality standards and minimize wastage.
• Conduct visual inspections for defects and ensure labeling accuracy.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures and documentation.

Production & Packing Trainee

Eligibility: B.Sc / ITI / Diploma (2023, 2024 & 2025 pass-outs only)
Responsibilities:

• Assist senior operators in production or packing lines.
• Learn and apply GMP principles in daily operations.
• Support the manufacturing process by ensuring cleanliness, safety, and documentation.
