Job Role & Responsibilities
SP Accure Labs is looking for skilled and dedicated individuals to join its AR&D and FR&D departments. The roles involve high-end research, formulation design, and validation for complex injectable dosage forms.
1. AR&D – Research Associate
Experience: 3–6 years
Qualification: M.Sc, B.Pharm, M.Pharm
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform method development and validation using GC, HPLC, and LCMS.
- Conduct experiments for new injectable products.
- Participate in lyophilization cycle development and complex injectable technology transfer.
- Handle troubleshooting, preparation of SOPs, IQ/PQ/OQ documentation.
- Support lab-scale development and stability studies.
- Prepare Product Development Reports (PDR), MFR, BMR, and BPR.
2. FR&D – Dy. Manager
Experience: 12–14 years
Qualification: M.Pharm
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead formulation development for injectable dosage forms including microparticles, liposomes, and nanosuspensions.
- Manage technology transfer and regulatory documentation for global submissions.
- Prepare and submit documents for Regulatory Affairs (RA).
- Supervise a team of scientists ensuring compliance with ICH and WHO-GMP standards.
- Drive process optimization and development of innovative formulations.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Education: M.Pharm, B.Pharm, M.Sc (Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or related disciplines).
- Experience: 3 to 14 years depending on the role.
- Gender Preference: Male candidates preferred.
- Other Requirements: Immediate joiners preferred with relevant formulation experience.
