Job Role & Responsibilities

Benzo Chem Industries is hiring for multiple positions across departments. The organization offers exciting roles for candidates with varying levels of experience—from fresh graduates to experienced professionals.

1. Quality Control (QC) Department

Position: Chemist / Officer
Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry or Organic Chemistry
Experience: 3–5 years in Chemical or Agrochemical Quality Control
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative chemical analyses.
• Operate and maintain analytical instruments like GC and HPLC.
• Ensure compliance with industry and company quality standards.
• Maintain proper documentation as per regulatory and audit requirements.

2. Maintenance Department

Position 1: Engineer / Executive
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 3–5 years in Chemical or Agrochemical industry
Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute preventive maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and ensure minimal downtime.
• Work closely with the production team to maintain optimal plant operations.

Position 2: GET (Graduate Engineer Trainee)
Qualification: B.E. Mechanical
Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers can apply)
Responsibilities:

• Assist senior engineers in daily maintenance and operations.

3. Production Department

Position: Plant Operator
Qualification: ITI / AOCP
