Job Role & Responsibilities
As a Trainee Research Associate in the Bioanalytical Department, you will be trained and involved in:
- Conducting sample analysis using HPLC and LC-MS/MS techniques.
- Supporting method development and validation processes.
- Assisting senior scientists in bioanalytical method optimization.
- Maintaining accurate laboratory records and adhering to GLP (Good Laboratory Practices).
- Collaborating with cross-functional research teams for study execution.
- Ensuring compliance with quality assurance and regulatory guidelines.
This position offers hands-on exposure to pharma formulation, bioanalysis, and clinical research domains.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Qualification: M.Pharm, B.Pharm, M.Sc (Chemistry, Organic Chemistry)
- Batch: 2023, 2024, 2025 passed outs
- Experience: Freshers only
- Commitment: Candidates should be willing to work with Axis Clinicals for at least 2–3 years.
Relevant Courses: Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmacology, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Organic Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry.
