Job Role & Responsibilities

Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL)

Professionals joining the ADL division will be involved in the development and validation of analytical methods for sterile dosage forms. Key responsibilities include:

• Performing HPLC, GC, Dissolution, UV, TOC, and Sterility Testing
• Executing method development and validation for injectables
• Ensuring compliance with ICH, cGMP, and regulatory standards
• Handling stability studies and documentation
• Collaborating with QA and production teams to support product release

Positions Available:

• Analytical Scientists (Sterile Dosage)
• Research Associates (Method Development & Validation)
• Quality Control Analysts
• Stability & Microbiology Analysts
• Documentation & Compliance Executives

Formulation & Development (F&D)

Candidates in F&D will engage in formulation design, process development, and regulatory documentation for sterile injectables and ophthalmic formulations. Responsibilities include:

• Formulation development of injectables (vials, BFS, PFS, cartridges, ophthalmic)
• Process optimization and scale-up under QbD and DOE frameworks
• Conducting compatibility and stability studies
• Preparing tech transfer and regulatory submission documents
• Working with sterilization techniques, aseptic processing, and filtration methods
