Job Role & Responsibilities

The Quality Control (Microbiology) role at Bliss GVS involves ensuring microbiological quality and compliance of pharmaceutical products. The position provides hands-on learning in quality control techniques under cGMP conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform microbiological testing of raw materials, finished products, and environmental monitoring.
• Conduct sterility, endotoxin, and bioburden tests in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Ensure documentation compliance as per GMP and regulatory requirements.
• Support investigations related to out-of-specification (OOS) or out-of-trend (OOT) results.
• Maintain laboratory equipment, media preparation, and culture maintenance.

This role is ideal for individuals passionate about microbiological testing, quality assurance, and pharmaceutical compliance.

Eligibility / Qualifications

Educational Qualification:

• M.Sc (Microbiology) from a recognized university or institution.

Experience:

• 0–3 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical microbiology, especially in a Quality Control department.
• Freshers with strong fundamentals in microbiology are encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be comfortable with shift work.
• Good knowledge of GLP, cGMP, and aseptic techniques.
