Job Role & Responsibilities

As a Junior Medical Writer, you will play a key role in developing high-quality scientific content and documentation for clinical and regulatory purposes. Your responsibilities include:

• Writing and reviewing clinical study reports (CSRs), patient narratives, and safety summaries.
• Assisting in the preparation of regulatory documents like Investigator Brochures, Protocols, and CTD modules.
• Creating scientific manuscripts, abstracts, and posters for conferences and publications.
• Ensuring all documents are accurate, consistent, and adhere to company style guides and regulatory guidelines (ICH-GCP, EMA, FDA).
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including pharmacovigilance, clinical research, and medical affairs.
• Managing timelines and maintaining document version control throughout project lifecycles.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Educational Background: M.Pharm, B.Pharm, MSc in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, or related disciplines.
• Experience: 0–2 years of experience in medical writing, scientific communication, or clinical documentation preferred (Freshers with excellent writing skills may apply).
• Key Skills:
  • Strong understanding of clinical research and medical terminology.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and referencing software (EndNote, Mendeley).
  • Basic understanding of regulatory submission processes.
  • Ability to interpret scientific data and create clear, concise documents.
