Job Role & Responsibilities
Position: QC Officer / Sr. Officer – Quality Control (OSD Department)
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform analysis of Finished Goods (FG), Stability, Analytical Method Transfer (AMT), and Analytical Method Validation (AMV).
- Operate analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV Spectrophotometer, and Dissolution Apparatus.
- Ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and cGMP standards.
- Prepare and review analytical reports, specifications, and protocols.
- Maintain data integrity and documentation accuracy for all QC activities.
- Coordinate with production and QA teams to ensure timely release of materials and products.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Qualification: M.Sc (Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Organic Chemistry) or B.Pharm.
- Experience: 2 to 8 years in Quality Control (preferably in OSD formulation units).
- Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of analytical techniques (HPLC, GC).
- Understanding of regulatory guidelines (USFDA, MHRA, WHO).
- Good communication and documentation practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
