Job Role & Responsibilities
Biological E. Limited is seeking dynamic, skilled, and motivated professionals for the following departments:
1. Production Department
Area of Work: Blending, Filling, and Packing
Qualification: Diploma / B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharm
Experience: 2 to 7 years
Responsibilities:
- Oversee formulation, filling, and packaging of vaccines.
- Operate and maintain sterile manufacturing equipment.
- Ensure adherence to cGMP and EHS standards.
- Support validation and documentation activities.
2. Manufacturing Department
Area of Work: Upstream & Downstream (Viral & Bacterial Vaccines)
Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc (Life Sciences)
Experience: 2 to 10 years
Responsibilities:
- Execute fermentation, purification, and filtration processes.
- Maintain sterile conditions in biosafety environments.
- Collaborate with process development teams for scale-up.
3. Quality Assurance (QA)
Area of Work: IPQA (DP & DS), Validation, Project QA, Analytical QA, Engineering Assurance
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc / Engineering Degree (Life Sciences)
Experience: 2 to 8 years
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-process quality checks and ensure batch compliance.
- Oversee qualification and validation protocols.
- Manage project QA and analytical quality oversight.
4. Quality Control (QC) – Microbiology
Area of Work: Microbiological Testing
Qualification: M.Sc (Microbiology)
Experience: 2 to 8 years
Responsibilities:
- Perform microbial limit, sterility, and endotoxin testing.
- Monitor environmental controls in production zones.
- Prepare and maintain microbiological test records.
5. Engineering Department
Area of Work: Process Maintenance, Instrumentation
Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech (Mechanical, ECE, EIE)
Experience: 2 to 7 years
Responsibilities:
- Maintain utility and process equipment.
- Calibrate instruments and ensure continuous production support.
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules.
6. Regulatory Affairs (RA)
Area of Work: Indian NRA Submissions, CTD, ACTD, eCTD Submissions
Qualification: M.Pharm / M.Sc / B.Pharm
Experience: 5 to 11 years
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review regulatory dossiers for global submissions.
- Ensure compliance with Indian and international regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with manufacturing and QA teams for document preparation.

B.Sc, M.Sc (Life Science, Microbiology), B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Tech (ECE, EIE, Mechanical), Diploma in Engineering.
