Job Role & Responsibilities
Department: Production (Injectable Manufacturing)
Designation Levels: Operator / Officer / Sr. Officer / Executive / Assistant Manager
Process Areas: Cartridge Filling, Vial Filling, CIP/SIP, Washing & Autoclave Operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot Bosch & Strobel filling lines for vial and cartridge manufacturing.
- Execute batch manufacturing operations as per SOPs, maintaining adherence to GMP, GDP, and safety protocols.
- Perform and document cleaning, sterilization (CIP/SIP), and equipment qualification activities.
- Support aseptic processing, environmental monitoring, and cleanroom discipline.
- Review BMR/BPR and ensure timely production documentation and online recording.
- Coordinate with QA/QC for in-process checks and deviations.
- Identify process improvements and contribute to yield optimization and process robustness.
- Ensure regulatory and audit readiness through robust documentation and compliance alignment.
Equipment Familiarity: Bosch & Strobel Filling Lines, Autoclaves, Sterilizers, Isolators, and Vial Washing Machines.
Eligibility / Qualifications
Education:
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc (Biotechnology, Microbiology, Life Sciences, Chemistry)
- Diploma (Pharmacy / Mechanical / Chemical / Biotechnology) – with relevant plant experience
Experience:
- 2 to 10 years in Injectable / Sterile / Biosimilar Manufacturing (Production Department).
Preferred Industry Background:
- Candidates currently or previously employed in Biosimilar, Sterile, or Injectable plants.
- Exposure to GMP/GLP environments and audit-facing operations preferred.
Relevant Courses (comma-separated): Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Quality Assurance.
