Job Role & Responsibilities

Hetero Plasma Sciences is offering entry-level positions in multiple departments, providing hands-on exposure to industrial processes, quality management systems, and research methodologies.

1. Production Department

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment in sterile and cleanroom environments.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP and EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) standards.
• Support production of plasma-based biopharmaceuticals.
• Maintain detailed records and assist in batch documentation.

2. Research & Development (R&D)

• Assist in process development and analytical studies.
• Support lab-scale experiments and contribute to formulation and analytical R&D.

3. Quality Control (QC)
