Job Role & Responsibilities
Encube Ethicals is conducting a Walk-In Drive on Sunday, 9th November 2025 for the following positions:
Date & Time: 09th November 2025 (Sunday) | 10:00 AM to 03:00 PM
Venue: C/1, Madkaim Industrial Estate, Madkaim, Ponda, Goa – 403404
Department: Production (Filling & Packing)
Designation: Officer / Sr. Officer / Asst. Manager / Deputy Manager / Operator
Qualification: B.Pharm / B.Sc / Diploma / ITI (Electrical, Mechanical, Fitter)
Experience: 1–10 Years
Responsibilities:
- Oversee filling and packaging operations of semisolid products.
- Monitor equipment setup, operation, and cleaning in compliance with GMP.
- Maintain batch production records and ensure line clearance.
- Conduct visual inspections and coordinate with QA for deviation control.
- Implement process improvements to optimize throughput.
Department: Manufacturing (Bulk Manufacturing)
Designation: Officer / Executive / Sr. Executive / Operator
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Diploma / ITI (Elec/Mech/Fitter/D.Pharm)
Experience: 1–7 Years
Responsibilities:
- Handle bulk manufacturing of creams, ointments, gels, and lotions.
- Operate homogenizers, planetary mixers, and automatic filling machines.
- Execute process validation and maintain batch documentation.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure equipment readiness for production.
- Support scale-up and process optimization activities.
Department: Engineering (Process, Utility, HVAC, Projects)
Designation: Engineer / Sr. Engineer / Sr. Executive
Qualification: DME / DEE / B.Tech / B.E (Mechanical / Electrical)
Experience: 4–8 Years
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC, utility, and water systems.
- Supervise preventive maintenance of manufacturing and packaging equipment.
- Support equipment validation, calibration, and documentation.
- Manage project installations and utility expansions.
- Ensure compliance with EHS and audit requirements.
Eligibility / Qualifications
Preferred Industry Experience:
Candidates with hands-on experience in Injectable or Semisolid Dosage Forms (Topical, Ointments, Creams, Gels) are encouraged to apply.
Educational Background:
- B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc, Diploma, ITI (Mechanical/Electrical/Fitter), D.Pharm
Experience Range: 1–10 years (based on department and role)
Additional Preferences:
- Candidates from Goa domicile preferred.
- Must be willing to work in shifts.
- Excellent communication and GMP documentation skills.
Relevant Courses (comma-separated): Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Technology, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Life Sciences, Instrumentation, Chemical Engineering, Production Technology.
