Production Department

1. Granulation / Wurster Coating – Operator
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / D.Pharm / B.Sc
Experience: 2–6 Years
Machine Knowledge: RMG, FBP, FBD, Wurster Coating, Roll Compactor
Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain granulation and coating equipment as per SOP.
• Monitor batch processing, record parameters, and maintain documentation.
• Ensure product quality through adherence to GMP standards.

2. Compression – Operator
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / D.Pharm / B.Sc
Experience: 2–6 Years
Machine Knowledge: Hata, Fette, Korsch, Sejong, Killian, Cadmach
Responsibilities:

• Operate compression machines efficiently.
• Handle tooling and punch setup with precision.
• Ensure accurate in-process checks and batch documentation.

3. Coating – Operator
