Job Role & Responsibilities

Department-wise Details:

Production Department

Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Experience: 1–6 Years
Area of Work: Granulation, Compression, FBP, Coating, Capsule Filling, Inspection
Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain granulation, coating, and capsule-filling machines.
• Monitor batch processes, follow SOPs, and maintain documentation.
• Ensure compliance with GMP and EHS standards during manufacturing.
• Conduct in-process checks and report deviations promptly.

Packing Department

Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Experience: 1–6 Years
Area of Work: Blister Packing, Bottle Packing, Sachet Filling
Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain blister, sachet, and bottle packing machines.
• Check product labeling, batch coding, and packaging integrity.
• Ensure adherence to packaging SOPs and cGMP documentation.

Quality Assurance (QA)

Qualification: M.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Experience: 1–5 Years
Area of Work: IPQA, QMS, Qualifications & Validations
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-process quality assurance checks on manufacturing and packaging lines.
• Review and manage QMS activities such as deviations, CAPA, and change controls.
• Support equipment qualification and process validation activities.
• Ensure compliance with global regulatory and audit requirements.

Engineering Department
