Job Role & Responsibilities

Amneal is hiring across levels in Injectable Manufacturing and Injectable Packing departments.

1. Injectable Manufacturing

• Positions: Officer, Sr. Officer, Executive, Sr. Executive, Assistant, Associate
• Qualification: M.Sc., B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc, ITI, Diploma
• Experience: 2–7 Years

Responsibilities:

• Perform aseptic operations in controlled areas (Filling, Sealing, Filtration, Autoclave, Tunnel Operations).
• Monitor production processes and maintain GMP documentation.
• Execute batch manufacturing and sterilization activities as per SOPs.
• Manage QMS activities such as change control, deviations, and equipment qualification.
• Operate advanced filling and sealing machines (Groninger, Bosch, Dyno Truking, Optima, Fedegree Steam Sterilizer).

2. Injectable Packing

• Positions: Officer, Executive, Supervisor, Operator
• Qualification: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, ITI, Diploma, B.Sc
• Experience: 2–7 Years

Responsibilities:

• Execute visual inspection (MVI/AVI) and secondary packing operations.
• Operate blister, cartonator, and labeling machines (Uhlmann, IMA PG, Track & Trace).
• Maintain packing line records and ensure compliance with regulatory documentation.

3. Apprentice (Injection Manufacturing & Packing)

• Positions: Apprentice Trainee
• Qualification: B.Sc., Diploma (any specialization)
• Experience: Freshers

Responsibilities:

• Support injection manufacturing and packing teams.
• Learn process operations, documentation, and cGMP practices.
• Assist in equipment cleaning, preparation, and production area monitoring.
