Departments & Job Roles
1. Production (OSD)
Areas of Work: Granulation, Compression, Coating, Capsule Filling, and Inspection
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.Sc. / B.Pharm
Experience: 2–9 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production equipment such as RMG, FBD, FBP, Coaters, and Capsule Filling Machines.
- Ensure smooth manufacturing operations in compliance with cGMP and regulatory guidelines.
- Conduct in-process checks to maintain consistent quality.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for safety and quality.
- Support process validation, cleaning, and documentation activities.
2. Quality Control (QC – OSD)
Areas of Work: HPLC, GC, IP/FP, Stability, RM, PM, Sampling
Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Experience: 2–9 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform analysis of raw materials, packing materials, intermediates, and finished products.
- Operate analytical instruments like HPLC, GC, UV, and IR.
- Execute stability and method validation studies.
- Maintain analytical documentation and laboratory records as per cGMP.
- Support investigations related to OOS/OOT and assist in internal/external audits.
Eligibility / Qualifications
Educational Background:
- Production: ITI, Diploma, B.Sc, B.Pharm
- Quality Control: B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Pharm, M.Pharm
Experience: 2–9 Years in respective fields
Preferred Candidates: Those with prior experience in OSD formulation manufacturing or QC analysis within regulated environments.
Relevant Courses (comma-separated): B.Pharmacy, M.Pharmacy, M.Sc Chemistry, B.Sc Biotechnology, Diploma Mechanical, Diploma Chemical, ITI Production.
