Job Role & Responsibilities

Department: Production (Nasal)

Positions: Associate, Officer, Executive

Primary Responsibilities:

• Operate Nasal/Topical Filling Activities: Run and monitor filling equipment such as Bottle Filling and Capping Machines (Make: PKB), Sofbag Filling Machines (Make: Marchesini), and Tube Filling Machines (Make: NORDEN, IMA-PG).
• Manufacturing Oversight: Supervise end-to-end manufacturing and filling operations for Nasal and Derma formulations.
• Equipment Handling: Operate and maintain large-scale processing systems such as Master Plant 1000 kg (Make: ADAM) and Nasal Filling Machines (Make: DARA).
• Batch Documentation: Ensure all production documentation is accurate, complete, and GMP-compliant.
• Process Optimization: Monitor process parameters, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions to improve production efficiency.
• Regulatory Compliance: Maintain adherence to cGMP, USFDA, and MHRA standards, ensuring all processes meet international audit requirements.

Note: Candidates must have prior exposure to USFDA and MHRA regulatory environments.

Eligibility / Qualifications

Educational Qualifications:

• ITI / D.Pharm / B.Sc / B.Pharm

Experience:

• Associate (2–8 Years) – ITI, D.Pharm, or B.Sc candidates
• Officer (2–6 Years) – B.Pharm candidates
• Executive (8–10 Years) – Senior-level B.Pharm professionals

Technical Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of nasal or topical formulation processes.
• Proficiency in handling and maintaining automated filling lines.
• Knowledge of equipment such as PKB, Marchesini, DARA, NORDEN, IMA-PG, and ADAM Master Plant systems.
• Familiarity with GMP documentation, batch records, and audit readiness.

Soft Skills:

• Strong leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under strict compliance and safety protocols.
• Good communication skills for cross-functional coordination.

Additional Requirement:

• Minimum 60% academic marks for candidates with less than 5 years of experience.
