Job Role & Responsibilities
As a Trainee – R&D, you will work closely with senior scientists and project teams to support laboratory-scale research activities while adhering to strict regulatory and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Strict adherence to cGMP guidelines, GLP practices, and internal safety protocols
- Support day-to-day execution of chemical reactions in synthesis laboratories
- Assist senior scientists and plant teams during experimental and scale-up activities

- Handle and maintain laboratory equipment under supervision

- Ensure timely calibration of laboratory instruments
