Job Role & Responsibilities

Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc (Microbiology / Chemistry)
1. Quality Assurance (QA)
- Review and ensure compliance of batch manufacturing and packing records.
- Handle deviations, CAPA, and change controls in compliance with QMS.
- Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, and ensure documentation accuracy.
- Maintain GMP and data integrity standards throughout manufacturing processes.
2. Quality Control (QC)
- Perform testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
- Operate analytical instruments like HPLC, GC, UV, IR and manage calibration schedules.
- Ensure compliance with GLP standards and maintain accurate lab records.
- Participate in method validation, OOS, and OOT investigations.
3. Production
- Operate and monitor equipment involved in granulation, compression, coating, and packaging.
- Supervise production batches ensuring adherence to process SOPs and quality standards.
- Implement line clearance procedures and in-process checks.
- Work closely with QA to maintain cGMP-compliant operations.
4. Microbiology (Micro)
- Conduct microbiological testing of water, raw materials, and finished goods.
- Perform environmental monitoring, sterility testing, and endotoxin testing.
- Maintain culture media and perform growth promotion testing.
- Ensure sterile area validation and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Eligibility / Qualifications
Educational Requirements:
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm (Pharmaceutical Sciences, Industrial Pharmacy, Pharmaceutics)
- M.Sc (Microbiology, Biotechnology, Analytical Chemistry)
Experience Range: 2 – 10 Years in QA, QC, Production, or Microbiology in a regulated pharmaceutical setup.
Relevant Courses (comma-separated):
B.Pharm, M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics), M.Sc (Microbiology), M.Sc (Analytical Chemistry), PG Diploma in Quality Assurance, Certificate in GMP Compliance, Diploma in Pharmaceutical Analysis, Certificate in HPLC/GC Operations.
