Job Role & Responsibilities
Desired Profile & Department Insights
Quality Control (QC)
- Experience in analysis of RM/FP/IP/Stability samples using HPLC, GC, UV, IR, AAS, and Dissolution Apparatus.
- Knowledge of documentation related to QMS and GMP.
- Candidates with EU/PICS exposure preferred.
- Ability to handle a team of 20+ professionals and manage planning and execution of analytical activities.
- One position is reserved for female candidates.
Quality Assurance (QA)
- Hands-on experience in IPQA, QMS, Qualification & Validation, Lab QA (AQA), Vendor Management, and Batch Release.
- Knowledge of regulatory audit readiness and document control systems.
Production (OSD)
- Experience in Compression, Granulation, Coating, Capsule Filling, and Documentation.
- Proficiency in handling and troubleshooting pharma production machinery.
Packing
- Experience in Blister Packing, Liquid Manufacturing & Packing, and equipment troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Blister, Cartonator, and Bottle Filling Machines.
Engineering
- For Staff: Experience in Instrumentation in OSD manufacturing plant.
- For Operators: Experience in plant maintenance and HVAC systems.
- One position reserved for female candidates.
Projects
- Hands-on exposure to Greenfield & Brownfield projects.
- Experience in installation & commissioning of pharma machinery.
- Must be proficient in AutoCAD and SAP.
Eligibility / Qualifications
Educational Qualification:
B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.E (Mechanical/Instrumentation), B.Sc, M.Sc, ITI, Diploma, or D.Pharm depending on department.
Experience:
1–15 years depending on the position. Freshers (2024–2025 pass-outs) with no backlogs and a minimum 7+ CGPA may also apply via email.
Relevant Courses (comma-separated):
B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc (Chemistry), M.Sc (Pharmaceutical Sciences), D.Pharm, ITI (Electrical/Mechanical), Diploma in Instrumentation, B.E Mechanical, B.E Instrumentation, PG Diploma in Quality Assurance, Certificate in GMP & Validation.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in OSD manufacturing and exposure to Regulatory Audits (USFDA, EU, WHO, MHRA) is mandatory.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
