Job Role & Responsibilities

Production / Packing — Sterile Manufacturing (Trainee / Officer / Executive)

• Work in aseptic areas handling parenteral manufacturing lines (vials, ampoules, bottles — glass or plastic).
• Operate and monitor BFS and conventional filling lines as assigned.
• Follow batch manufacturing procedures (SOPs) and batch documentation accurately.
• Conduct in-process checks and report deviations immediately to QA/Production.
• Support packaging and labeling operations for sterile products.

Aseptic Area Supervisors

• Lead shift-level aseptic operations and ensure team adherence to cleanroom discipline.
• Monitor personnel gowning, aseptic technique, and environmental conditions.
• Coordinate with QC and QA for in-process checks and release activities.
• Drive continuous improvement and incident root-cause actions in aseptic zones.

Autoclave & Terminal Sterilization Technicians

• Operate and validate autoclave/sterilization cycles per SOPs and validation protocols.
• Maintain sterilizer logs, record cycle parameters, and escalate anomalies.
• Carry out basic preventive maintenance and calibration checks for sterilization equipment.

Cleanroom Maintenance Staff

• Maintain cleanroom hygiene, HVAC filters, and contamination-control routines.
