Job Role & Responsibilities
As a Trainee Research Associate (Bioanalytical), you will work closely with senior scientists and technical teams to support bioanalytical projects. Key responsibilities include:
- Performing in-process quality control for ongoing studies.
- Reviewing raw data, chromatograms, and method validation reports.
- Ensuring calibration and proper labeling of laboratory instruments.
- Monitoring daily lab operations for SOP and GLP compliance.
- Managing concentration data before submission to the PK department.
- Drafting, controlling, and distributing method SOPs.
- Maintaining logbooks, performing glassware validations, and tracking temperature/humidity levels.
- Calibrating pipettes and other analytical instruments.
- Coordinating SOP-based training programs.
- Ensuring lab cleanliness and proper waste disposal (bio and non-bio).
This position provides practical exposure to advanced analytical techniques such as LC-MS/MS, HPLC, Method Validation, and GLP standards—crucial skills for a successful career in clinical and pharmaceutical research.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Education: M.Pharm, B.Pharm, or M.Sc (Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Biochemistry)
- Pass-out Years: 2023, 2024, 2025
- Experience: Freshers (0 years)
- Preferred Candidates: Male candidates from Andhra Pradesh & Telangana
- Bond Period: 2 years (submission of 10th Original Marksheet required during bond period)
