Job Role & Responsibilities
1. Formulation Research & Development (FRD) – Technology Transfer
- Handle technology transfer activities for oral solid dosage (OSD) formulations.
- Support scale-up, validation, and production transfer processes.
- Collaborate with QA/QC and manufacturing teams to ensure compliance with international standards.
2. Regulatory Affairs (RA) – Executive
- Prepare and review dossiers for regulated markets (EU, MHRA, USFDA).
- Manage submissions, variations, and renewals across global authorities.
- Maintain regulatory documentation and ensure compliance with latest guidelines.
3. Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) – Manager
- Lead patent drafting, filing, and prosecution for pharma innovations.
- Conduct patent searches and FTO (Freedom to Operate) analyses.
- Collaborate with R&D and legal teams to protect company IP assets.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- FRD (Technology Transfer): M.Pharm with 3–6 years of formulation (OSD) experience.
- RA (Executive): M.Pharm with 3–8 years of regulatory experience in EU/MHRA/USFDA markets.
- IPR (Manager): PhD / M.Pharm / LLB with 10–20 years of intellectual property management experience.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong understanding of OSD formulation.
- Hands-on experience in EU/MHRA/USFDA-approved facilities.
- Knowledge of regulatory documentation, technology transfer, and patent law.
