Job Role & Responsibilities

Biophore is hiring skilled professionals for two key departments: Formulation-AR&D and Formulation-R&D.

1. Formulation – AR&D (Analytical Research & Development)

Position: Research Analyst / Sr. Research Analyst
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc (Only Males)
Experience: 2–5 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and validate analytical methods for oral solid and injectable dosage forms.
• Perform analytical method validation, dissolution, assay, and related substance testing.
• Conduct content and blend uniformity tests.
• Handle instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV, and dissolution apparatus.
• Ensure proper documentation of analytical methods and results.

2. Formulation – R&D (Formulation Research & Development)

Position: Executive / Sr. Executive (FR&D – Pharmaceutics, Only Males)
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Experience: 4–8 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop oral solid and liquid dosage formulations for US and EU markets.
• Handle scale-up batches, exhibit batches, and process development reports.
• Execute DOE (Design of Experiments) and PDR (Product Development Reports).
• Prepare documentation from formulation development to technology transfer.
• Collaborate with QA, QC, and manufacturing teams for process optimization.

Educational Background:
B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or M.Sc (Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Sciences)

Experience Range:

• AR&D: 2–5 years
• FR&D: 4–8 years

Preferred Skills:

• Hands-on experience in analytical method development and validation.
• Expertise in solid oral and injectable dosage form development.
• Proficiency in handling analytical instruments (HPLC, GC, UV, Dissolution).
• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines (USFDA, EMA, WHO).
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
