Job Role & Responsibilities

OSD – Granulation, Compression, Coating, Capsule Filling (Executive/Sr. Executive)

• Operate and monitor granulation, compression, and coating equipment.
• Manage capsule filling operations with compliance to cGMP.
• Coordinate production planning and batch execution.
• Ensure documentation accuracy and adherence to SOPs.

Production – TA/Sr. TA

• Handle daily production activities in manufacturing blocks.
• Support supervisors in equipment operation and line clearance.
• Maintain hygiene standards, line preparation, and material handling.

Oral Liquid & Nasal Spray – Executive/Sr. Executive

• Run filling and packaging equipment in liquid and nasal spray sections.
• Review in-process checks and maintain batch documentation.
• Coordinate with maintenance and QA for issue resolution.

Packing – OSD (Blister, Bottle)

• Manage blister and bottle packing operations.
• Execute line clearance, visual inspection, material reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices.

QC – IP/FP, Stability, Nasal (Executive/Sr. Executive)

• Conduct testing of raw materials, in-process, finished products, and stability samples.
• Use HPLC, GC, UV, and other analytical instruments.
• Prepare analytical reports and ensure regulatory compliance.

QA – IPQA, QMS, Validation, Market Complaints (Executive/Sr. Executive)

• Monitor shop floor activities to ensure in-process quality.
• Support QMS activities including deviations, CAPA, and change control.
• Handle validation documentation and complaint investigations.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• B.Pharm, M.Pharm, M.Sc for Executive/Sr. Executive roles.
• ITI, Diploma, Degree for TA/Sr. TA roles.
• Relevant fields include B.Pharmacy, M.Pharmacy, MSc Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Diploma in Engineering, ITI.
• Experience requirement: 2–8 years, depending on role.

Location & Salary

• Work Location: APL Health Care Limited Unit IV, Naidupeta, Tirupati District, Andhra Pradesh.
• Salary: As per company standards; experienced candidates may receive competitive CTC packages.
