Job Role & Responsibilities

Position: IPQA — In‑Process Quality Assurance (4 Vacancies)

Key responsibilities include:

• Perform in‑process quality checks during manufacturing of lyophilized products, dry powder injections, and general injectables.
• Conduct line clearance across production areas before batch initiation.
• Review batch manufacturing records (BMR) and batch packaging records (BPR) for accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor critical parameters during production, aseptic operations, and equipment cleanliness.
• Document deviations, change controls, incidents, and ensure prompt closure with corrective actions.
• Support QA leadership during internal audits, regulatory inspections, and GMP reviews.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, GDP, and internal SOPs.
• Maintain real‑time documentation and escalate quality concerns when necessary.

Eligibility / Qualifications
