Job Role & Responsibilities

Position: HPLC Analyst — Quality Control

Key responsibilities include:

• Conduct HPLC analysis for raw materials, finished products, and stability samples.
• Perform routine and non‑routine analytical tests using validated chromatographic methods.
• Maintain HPLC instruments, troubleshoot basic issues, and ensure calibration status.
• Prepare mobile phases, standards, and sample dilutions with accuracy.
• Document all test results in accordance with cGMP, ALCOA+ data integrity principles, and company SOPs.
• Support analytical method validation and verification studies.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacopeial requirements (IP, BP, USP) where applicable.
• Coordinate with QA, Production, and R&D during investigations or OOS/OOT events.

This role requires precision, strong technical understanding, and consistent documentation discipline.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Required Education: B.Sc Chemistry, M.Sc Chemistry, B.Pharm, M.Pharm.
• Experience: 2 to 5 years in QC analytical testing with hands-on HPLC exposure.
• Technical Skills: Chromatographic analysis, HPLC instrumentation, GMP compliance, analytical documentation, method validation basics.
• Preferred Skills: Awareness of regulatory guidelines, strong analytical reasoning, good coordination skills.
