Job Role & Responsibilities

1. Analytical R&D (ARD)

• Develop and validate analytical methods for new and existing products.
• Operate HPLC, GC, UV, IR and other analytical instruments.
• Prepare SOPs, method validation reports, and analytical summaries.
• Support formulation team with analytical data and stability testing.
• Maintain lab notebooks, ensure calibration and qualification records are current.

2. Quality Control (QC)

• Perform routine testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
• Execute stability study sampling and reporting.
• Operate and maintain HPLC/GC/UV instruments and assist in troubleshooting.
• Record and report results in line with SOPs and data integrity (ALCOA+) principles.

3. Microbiology

• Conduct microbial limit tests, sterility testing, and environmental monitoring.
• Prepare and sterilize culture media, perform incubations and colony counts.
• Support microbiological validations and contamination investigations.
• Maintain culture banks and ensure strict aseptic techniques.

4. Quality Assurance / IPQA

• Review Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and ensure line clearance activities.
• Monitor shop-floor adherence to GMP and SOPs.
• Support internal audits, CAPA documentation, and change controls.
• Interface with production and QC teams for deviation handling and closure.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Required qualification: M.Sc in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology or related life-science streams.
• Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers and early-career professionals).
• Skills: Basic laboratory techniques, familiarity with HPLC/GC/UV, strong documentation habits, willingness to work on rotational shifts if required, good communication skills.
