Infinx is hiring 20 experienced Medical Coders specialized in Home Health Coding (HHC) at its Hitech City office in Hyderabad. This is a walk-in opportunity for coders with at least 1 year of coding experience — certified or non-certified — who want to work on US healthcare projects and grow within a scalable RCM environment.

Job Role & Responsibilities

Position: Medical Coder — HHC (Home Health Coding)

• Accurately review home health clinical documentation and assign ICD-10-CM and HCPCS/CPT codes per US coding guidelines.
• Ensure adherence to OASIS-related coding conventions and Medicare documentation rules specific to home health services.
• Meet daily productivity and quality benchmarks while maintaining >95% coding accuracy.
• Collaborate with QA and team leads to resolve coding discrepancies and learning gaps.
• Participate in periodic audits and implement feedback to improve coding quality and reduce denials.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant handling of protected health information and follow internal SOPs.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• No. of Positions: 20
• Education: Any graduate; life-science backgrounds preferred but open to candidates with strong clinical understanding.
• Experience: Minimum 1+ years in Home Health Coding or related medical coding roles.
• Certifications: Certified or non-certified candidates may apply. Certifications like CPC, COC, or CCS are advantageous.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT/HCPCS, OASIS, Medicare rules for home health, EMR/PACS familiarity, attention to detail, and good communication skills.
