Aspiro Pharma is conducting a major walk-in drive in Indore to hire experienced professionals for its USFDA-approved injectable manufacturing facility at Karkapatla, Hyderabad. The company is expanding its technical and production teams and is looking for skilled candidates with hands-on injectable manufacturing and engineering expertise.

Job Role & Responsibilities
1. Operator / Sr. Operator — Production
Qualification: B.Sc / ITI / Diploma
Experience: 2–6 years
Responsibilities:
- Execute shop-floor operations for injectables including filtration, filling, sealing, stoppering, vial washing, garment washing, autoclave operations, and related tasks.
- Support sterile area operations, including ophthalmic and suspension-based products.
- Handle lyophilization-related processes as per SOPs.
- Maintain GMP documentation and follow aseptic procedures.
2. Sr. Officer / Assistant Manager — Production / Engineering
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc
Experience: 2–12 years
Responsibilities:
- Supervise injectable production activities including filtration, filling, sealing, and autoclave operations.
- Oversee vial washing, ophthalmic processes, lyophilization, and QA interactions.
- Manage training, QMS activities, deviations, and shop-floor compliance.
- Ensure readiness for regulatory and internal audits.
3. Executive / Assistant Manager — Engineering
Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma (Mechanical/Instrumentation/Automation)
Experience: 4–12 years
Responsibilities:
- Manage instrumentation, process mechanical activities, HVAC, and utilities.
- Support installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of process equipment.
- Coordinate utility systems for sterile manufacturing environments.
- Ensure compliance with engineering SOPs and equipment qualification.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- 2–12 years of experience strictly in injectable manufacturing or sterile engineering.
- Strong understanding of sterile area operations, autoclave processes, filtration, HVAC, utilities, and lyophilization.
- Experience in USFDA/EU/WHO regulatory plants preferred.
Relevant courses (comma-separated): B.Sc Chemistry, ITI, Diploma Mechanical, Diploma Instrumentation, B.Tech Mechanical, B.Tech Instrumentation, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, M.Sc Chemistry
