Job Role & Responsibilities

Freshers joining the Formulation Development team will be involved in:

• Assisting in pre-formulation and formulation development activities
• Supporting trials for tablets, capsules, suspensions and other dosage forms
• Preparing development records and maintaining accurate documentation
• Coordinating with analytical teams for sample testing and method support
• Learning scale-up considerations and GMP expectations
• Supporting stability study preparations and material management

This role emphasizes strong learning intent, disciplined documentation and interest in practical formulation science.

Eligibility / Qualifications

Required qualification:

• M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics)

Relevant coursework includes: Pharmaceutics, Industrial Pharmacy, Drug Delivery Systems, Novel Drug Delivery, Bio-pharmaceutics, Physical Pharmacy, Pre-formulation Studies.
