Job Role & Responsibilities
Multiple departments are hiring. Key roles include:
Production – Packing (Lotion Filling Operator)
Position: Operator
Qualification: ITI
Experience: 3–5 years
Responsibilities:
- Operate the Maharishi Lotion Filling Machine efficiently.
- Perform line clearance, equipment cleaning and routine checks.
- Maintain documentation as per SOPs and GMP requirements.
QA – Lab QA
Position: Executive / Sr. Executive
Qualification: B.Pharm
Experience: 6–8 years
Responsibilities:
- Handle lab documentation and QA oversight.
- Review analytical data and ensure GLP compliance.
- Support audits and CAPA activities.
QC – RM / Stability / FG
Position: Officer / Sr. Officer
Qualification: B.Pharm / B.Sc
Experience: 2–3 years
Responsibilities:
- Perform HPLC, UV and KF analysis.
- Manage raw material, stability and finished goods testing.
- Maintain analytical records and comply with data integrity.
Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month
F&D – NPD
Position: Executive / Assistant Manager / Manager
Qualification: B.Pharm
Experience: 6–10 years
Responsibilities:
- Support new product development activities.
- Prepare formulations, trial batches and documentation.
- Collaborate with analytical teams for method support.
IT – Admin
Position: Officer
Qualification: BCA / B.Sc IT
Experience: 2–3 years
Responsibilities:
- Manage IT systems and support daily technical issues.
- Maintain system uptime, network operations and user support.
Salary: ₹18,000–₹20,000 per month
