Job Role & Responsibilities
Macleods is hiring freshers across multiple technical and operational departments. Selected candidates will be trained for three months at the Centre of Excellence, after which they will be placed as Trainees based on performance.

Responsibilities after training
- Support day-to-day production activities under supervision
- Perform laboratory testing, documentation, and sampling in QC
- Assist in material handling, inventory records, and store operations
- Operate equipment in formulation areas
- Support HVAC operations under the engineering team
- Assist fermentation processes and maintain controlled laboratory conditions

- Production API: B.Sc Chemistry, M.Sc Chemistry, B.E/B.Tech Chemical, Diploma Chemical
- Quality Control: M.Sc Analytical Chemistry, M.Sc Microbiology, B.Pharm, M.Pharm
- Stores: B.Com, M.Com
- Formulation Production: D.Pharm, ITI, Diploma
- Engineering (HVAC): Diploma Polytechnic
- Fermentation: M.Sc Biotechnology, B.Tech Biotechnology

- Freshers only (recent pass-outs)
- Age must be less than 29 years
- Must be able to work in shift duties
