Job Role & Responsibilities

Production – OSD Formulation

Positions: Technician / Officer / Executive / Supervisor
Education: ITI / Diploma / B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc
Experience: 2–7 years

Core responsibilities:

• Operate equipment for granulation, compression, coating and capsule filling.
• Follow BMR/BPR entries accurately and comply with data integrity expectations.
• Execute in-process checks, line clearance and equipment cleaning.
• Support production planning, material staging and shift operations.

Role expectations:

• Strong understanding of OSD manufacturing sequences.
• Ability to troubleshoot machine issues during routine operations.
• Experience in USFDA-audited facilities is mandatory.

Quality — QC Analyst / QA Analyst

Education: M.Pharm / M.Sc / B.Pharm
Experience: 2–5 years

Core responsibilities:

• Perform testing for raw materials, finished products and stability samples.
• Operate analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV, Dissolution and DT.
• Document all activities per GLP and QMS requirements.
• Support OOS/OOT investigations and audit readiness.

Desired skills:

• Hands-on analytical capability.
• Clear understanding of regulated documentation expectations.
• Experience supporting USFDA audits.

Eligibility / Qualifications

Accepted education: ITI, Diploma, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, M.Sc

Relevant courses (comma-separated): B.Pharm, M.Pharm Pharmaceutics, M.Sc Analytical Chemistry, Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical, Certificate in Granulation & Compression, PG Diploma in QA/QC, HPLC Certification

Experience: 2–7 years across Production OSD, QC and QA.
