Job Role & Responsibilities

Saanso Pharma is hiring for multiple roles across Quality Assurance and Production Operations.

QA (Validations) Executive

• Executing and reviewing validation activities related to equipment, processes, and systems
• Preparing and maintaining validation protocols and reports
• Supporting qualification activities and change control processes
• Ensuring compliance with cGMP and internal quality standards
• Coordinating with production and engineering teams during validation exercises

QA (QMS) Executive

• Managing quality management system documentation
• Handling SOP preparation, review, and control
• Supporting deviation management, CAPA, and change control
• Assisting in internal audits and regulatory inspection readiness
• Ensuring compliance with cGMP and company quality policies

Operators (Production)

• Operating manufacturing equipment as per SOPs
• Supporting day-to-day production activities
• Maintaining cleanliness and safety in production areas
• Following GMP guidelines and documentation practices
• Assisting senior operators and supervisors during batch operations

Eligibility / Qualifications

Candidates must meet the eligibility criteria relevant to the applied role.

Required Qualifications:

• QA (Validations): M.Sc, B.Pharm, or M.Pharm with 2–3 years of experience
• QA (QMS): M.Sc, B.Pharm, or M.Pharm with 2–3 years of experience
• Operators: ITI or Diploma (Freshers eligible)

Relevant Courses Accepted:
B.Pharmacy, M.Pharmacy, M.Sc Chemistry, M.Sc Pharmaceutical Sciences, Diploma in Pharmacy, ITI (Relevant Trades)
