Job Role & Responsibilities

The Production Supervisor will oversee routine plant operations and ensure adherence to process safety and quality requirements. Key responsibilities include:

• Monitoring daily chemical plant operations across assigned areas.
• Ensuring compliance with SOPs, safety standards and production targets.
• Supporting batching, charging, reaction monitoring and documentation.
• Coordinating with engineering, QA and EHS teams.
• Troubleshooting process deviations and supporting smooth plant functioning.
• Maintaining logs, shift reports and process‑related documentation.
• Ensuring manpower allocation and supervising shift activities.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Qualification: ITI AOCP, B.Sc, M.Sc (Chemistry), BE Chemical.
• Experience: 2–6 years in chemical manufacturing.
• Specialization: Mandatory experience in chemical plant operations; agrochemicals preferred.
• Skills Required:
  • Knowledge of chemical unit operations.
  • Exposure to hazardous chemical handling.
  • Ability to monitor batch operations and follow process instructions.
  • Strong understanding of safety and compliance requirements.
