Job Role & Responsibilities

The company is hiring for Production, QA, QC and Warehouse roles with responsibilities aligned to API operations.

Production (4–10 Years)

• Execute API manufacturing and hydrogenation operations.
• Handle reactors, filtration units, dryers and associated process equipment.
• Maintain accurate batch records, BMRs, SOPs and validation documentation.
• Conduct routine equipment checks, calibration and troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, safety and regulatory guidelines.

Quality Assurance (3–15 Years)

• Manage AQA, IPQA, batch release and document review.
• Handle deviations, CAPA, change controls and internal audits.
• Ensure adherence to ALCOA+ data integrity principles.
• Oversee floor QA activities, in-process checks and GMP documentation.
• Review qualification protocols, preventive maintenance and calibration data.

Quality Control (3–15 Years)

• Perform analytical operations using HPLC, GC and wet chemistry techniques.
• Manage stability testing, method validation and instrument qualification.
• Review analytical data with accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct OOS/OOT investigations and maintain complete documentation.

Warehouse (2–5 Years)

• Oversee RM/PM handling, GRN, dispatch and ERP transactions.
• Maintain cGMP-compliant warehouse operations.
• Control inventory, material movement and documentation.
