Cipla is hiring B.Pharm freshers for Apprentice positions in its Manufacturing and Quality departments at the Goa site. This walk-in drive is a strong entry-level opportunity for pharmacy graduates seeking exposure to large-scale pharmaceutical operations, cGMP practices and regulated manufacturing systems. Goa residents will be given preference for these openings.

Job Role & Responsibilities
Apprentice – Manufacturing & Quality
- Support daily manufacturing activities under supervision.
- Assist in in-process checks, documentation and production line operations.
- Follow cGMP, GDP and safety procedures consistently.
- Work with automated systems, equipment cleaning and area upkeep as per SOPs.
- Support Quality teams with sampling, documentation review and basic compliance tasks.
- Learn batch manufacturing records, deviation handling and process workflows.
- Participate in training modules conducted by Cipla Academy.
These responsibilities help freshers build a strong foundation in production control, regulatory processes and quality-focused pharmaceutical operations.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Qualification Required: B.Pharm (Freshers).
- Goa residents preferred.
- Strong understanding of basic pharmaceutical sciences and GMP concepts.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
Relevant courses (comma-separated): B.Pharm, Diploma in Quality Assurance, Industrial Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Technology, cGMP certification, Manufacturing Operations training.
Documents Required

- Qualification certificates and mark sheets.
- PAN and Aadhar card photocopies.
- Three passport-size photographs.
