Job Role & Responsibilities

Production Department

• Execute manufacturing operations such as granulation, compression, coating, and capsule filling
• Handle production equipment including roll compactors and formulation machinery
• Maintain batch records and follow GMP-compliant documentation practices
• Monitor process parameters and support troubleshooting activities

Packing Department

• Perform blister packing, bottle packing, and liquid filling operations
• Manage serialization, track and trace systems
• Ensure packaging compliance with regulatory and quality standards
• Maintain proper documentation and packaging records

Quality Control (QC)

• Conduct analytical testing including HPLC, GC, dissolution, and wet analysis
• Handle stability studies, raw material testing, and finished product analysis
• Use LIMS systems and maintain GLP-compliant documentation
• Support calibration, validation, and laboratory investigations

Quality Assurance (QA)

• Perform in-process quality assurance (IPQA) activities
• Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory standards
• Review batch records, deviations, and quality documentation
• Support audits, CAPA, and change control processes

These roles are critical for maintaining pharmaceutical quality, regulatory compliance, and efficient manufacturing operations.

Eligibility / Qualifications

Candidates must have completed:

B.Pharm, M.Pharm, M.Sc, B.Sc, Diploma (Pharmacy/Chemistry/Relevant Streams)

Relevant courses include: Pharmaceutical Sciences, Organic Chemistry, Industrial Pharmacy, Analytical Chemistry, Process Chemistry, Quality Assurance, Biotechnology

• Experience:
  • Production & Packing: 0 to 6 years (freshers eligible)
  • Quality Control & Quality Assurance: 1 to 6 years
• Knowledge of GMP, GLP, and regulatory compliance preferred
• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or formulation units is an advantage
• Strong documentation and technical skills required
